We prefer a soft copy of the photograph sent through e-mail only, preferably the original image taken with a good camera i.e. not copied from WhatsApp/Facebook. In case the image is found inappropriate, we shall contact you.
A detailed background is a chargeable extra depending on the intricacy of the photograph. The normal background is not charged extra. Please communicate with our Representative who will help you out to select the best background for your Portrait.

Absolutely! You will receive a preview for review via e-mail. If you want, we can make the changes that you deem fit. Once you approve, we will process and ship your order

Yes, you can! We do it at no extra cost. If you would like us to pick a suitable background, we are happy to do so or you can send in another photo as background. When you place your order, you will see a comment text box that allows you to let us know of any changes you wish to have done to your photo including the background.
